Snipe protection
A decaying buy tax on the opening seconds.
The tax starts at 99% of a buy and decays exponentially to zero across the first five seconds.
It is near 25% at one second and around 3% at two seconds. Selling is never taxed by it.
The launching address and the creator fee recipient are exempt. Extra wallets can be named at creation, at most 32.
